Acceptance of Terms Clause 01

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and TKAWEN ("Operator"), regarding your access to and use of the AlgeriaCertify platform. By accessing the site, scanning a QR code, or using our API, you accept these terms in full.

Nature of Services Clause 02

AlgeriaCertify is a Technical Verification Intermediary. We provide the digital infrastructure for secure certification. We do not issue degrees or confer academic titles. The validity of the data rests solely with the Issuing Institution (University/Training Center).

User Obligations & Security Clause 03

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes, but is not limited to: attempts to reverse-engineer the QR code logic, attempting to scrape data, or using the verification tool for unlawful surveillance.

Any attempt to tamper with the digital registry is a criminal offense punishable under Algerian Cybercrime Law.

Intellectual Property Rights Clause 04

All source code, algorithms, databases, design architectures, and the "AlgeriaCertify" brand are the exclusive intellectual property of TKAWEN. They are protected by Algerian copyright laws and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability Clause 05

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TKAWEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, although we strive for 99.9% uptime.

Governing Law Clause 06

This platform operates under the sovereignty of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, pursuant to Executive Decree No. 20-254.
